Online Store Order Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. For Australian orders, a flat freight fee of $8 is charged.

Please note that Tickle Your Fancy ships to Australia, for orders from outside Australia please contact us . Orders shipped outside of Australia are charged at $15, regardless of size.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 72 business hours. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 72 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised estimated time of arrival.

Within Australia, your order will be shipped via Australia Post Express. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered next working day to all captial cities and up to 2 days after for other regions.

If there is no-one to accept delivery, our courier will take your package to the nearest Australia Post Office. Our courier will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Tickle Your Fancy in order to pick-up your package.
