All new consultants need to submit the following:

  1. Details of first 6 party bookings

    Name, address, contact telephone number and party date for each booking. These potential clientele will be contacted to confirm party booking and Management will inform them of the benefits involving hosting a Tickle Your Fancy party.


  2. Photocopy of your Drivers License


  3. 2 Credit references

    Any two of the following photocopied and recent will be acceptable:
    *Rent receipts
    *Loan repayment receipts
    *Utility Bills (phone, electricity, gas)
    *Bankcard, Mastercard or Visacard Statements


  4. 2 Personal references


  5. Tax File Number


  6. Australian Business Number (ABN)

    As requested on your application form. Can be filled out at the initial meeting.


  7. Deposit for starter kit


    8. EITHER $100 initial deposit OR $499 full payment for your starter kit (rrp $1600)
